what is the use of toner reset chip?
i wanted to refill my hp laser jet p1005 printer it says on that toner reset chip also needs to be replaced ???
what does it doo??
That chip determines how much toner powder is still in your cartridge. Once the cartridge is empty, the chip will be signaled that it is empty and any attempts to refill will fail. Unless the chip is somehow reset or replaced.
